Can I use the plate more than once?

Individual wells, once used, cannot be reused in another test. However, user’s do not need to use the entire plate at the same time. So long as the unused wells are protected from wash steps, they will remain usable.

Please note, once the lyophilized reagents are reconstituted, they should be used immediately. If the user desires to run multiple assays using one 96-well plate, we recommend the user purchase additional reagents and plate seals. Another option is to purchase a stripwell version of the kit. These kits come with additional reagents for multiple testing periods.
