Can I stop the assay once I start it?
No, for best results it is recommended that the assay be completed once started. Before beginning your assay, it is recommended that you read the protocols and plan your time accordingly.
In the case of an emergency, the plate can be washed and left at room temperature with wash buffer added to the wells to extend a step by 15 minutes.
After capturing the results with an imager, the user has the option to delay data analysis to a convenient time.
