How much sample is required for the Quansys multiplex ELISA array?

Most Q-Plex™ kits work best with 50 µL of total volume (sample plus diluent) per well, however, as little as 35 µL can be used. Smaller sample volumes may be used when high levels of detectable proteins are anticipated.

Samples containing antibodies MUST be diluted 1:2 in sample dilution buffer prior to running the assay to prevent potential non-specific binding giving false signals.
