AKURIO Islet Hormones multiplex assay
Mercodia, based in Sweden, has teamed-up with Quansys Biosciences, based in the US, to launch the AKURIO Islet Hormones multiplex assay, which measures four of the most notable hormones in pancreatic research: glucagon, insulin, C‑peptide, and proinsulin. The assay provides accurate measurements with high specificity – giving well-designed studies a fast track to scientific advances.
Q-Plex Micronutrient Array
Quansys Biosciences and global health nonprofit PATH have collaborated to build a new multiplex tool that will help to improve the health of women and children around the world. Using the test, countries and researchers can gather national data on micronutrient deficiency status and use it to implement and assess targeted interventions. Results also help leaders accurately establish the magnitude of the deficiency, identify subpopulations at greatest risk, and monitor the efficacy and progress of nutrition programs.
